Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

During any engagement and for twelve months after the client agrees not to solicit or hire any employee of Reqless Design who was materially involved in providing services.
We may engage qualified subcontractors to perform portions of services remaining fully responsible for all work delivered.
Reqless Design acts as an independent contractor not as an employee agent or partner of the client.
By using our website you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
